We’re looking for a Recruiting Analyst Senior, who has the autonomy to become a key business partner to your stakeholders, offering advice on best practice defining a sourcing strategy to deliver the end-to-end recruitment processes across your portfolio.

As a Recruiting Analyst Senior you will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for defined/specific business area(s). Be Responsible for ensuring candidates have an exceptional candidate experience and work independently in order to plan and deliver business area(s) recruitment strategy with little or no supervision. 

You’ll get the chance to:

Increase engagement of key business stakeholders across the service line by building and developing network and relationshipsDevelop recruitment plans – for experienced hire, mobilize resources for deliveryDevelop innovative sourcing strategies for specialist skill sets across all appropriate sub service linesLiaise with business to understand requisitions, develop detailed job template and develop pre-screening criteriaBuild relationships with external agencies and develop networks to support candidate identification and sourcingEngage with business stakeholders and obtain their involvement in the selection process – assessments, interviews etc.Conduct discussions and review decisions around offer terms to arrive at mutually agreeable conditionsEvaluate sourcing channels (internal, external) using analytics in coordination with HR enablement and shared servicesServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Bachelor's degree7 years technology recruitment experience5 experience recruiting in MENA regionEffective communication skills in English & ArabicHave a local network in KSA & UAEMust be able to direct sourceStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteHigh-energy and passionConsultancy experience is BIG PLUS
