Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Visualization Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, expertise in React, and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing data visualizations. As a Visualization Lead, you will be re-sponsible for leading the development of interactive and dynamic data visualization solutions.The work model for the role is: #LI – Onsite.This role is contributing to Process Automation business for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore, IndiaYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tLead the design and development of interactive data visualizations using React.•\tCollaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into visual insights. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applica-tions for maximum speed and scalability. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing tech-nical leadership and code reviews.•\tStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and front-end de-velopment. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality vis-ualization solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and front-end performance. Knowledge of Recent Standard Development Platforms for Web Application De-velopment•\tExtensive experience on establishing a suitable DevOps channel across the platforms Experi-ence on setting up a continuous build environment to speed up software development and de-ployment process•\tParticipate in Requirement Gatherings as required. Participate in design discussions, Documen-tation and reviews with ABB team as needed•\tWork closely with ABB project manager for deliverables and milestones identification and tracking. Report to technical lead/manager on daily activities planned, expected deliverables and reports as defined for the project•\tTeam Play: Should have experience in developing solutions and successfully taking on complex technical problems and higher responsibilities. Should demonstrate innovation in processes followed and/or solutions delivered and encouraged it within the team. Successfully deliver solutions and in complex customer system landscapesAdhere to processes, defined software development methodologies and best practices within the team. Deliver in predictable timelines and with predictable quality•\tDevelopmentKnowledge of Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with other cloud platforms and conceptsExperience on setting up a continuous build environment to speed up software development and deployment process. Good experience on application containerization concepts and tooling (e.g. Docker/Docker Swarm, Kubernetes). Good knowledge of Dashbaords, Language, Database & Test technologies

Qualifications for the role

Total 8-15 Years of experience.\tBachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.\tProven experience in front-end development with a focus on React.\tStrong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\tExperience with data visualization libraries and tools (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).\tSolid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.\tExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\tStrong communication and collaboration skills.\tAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
