We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised. **What You Can Expect** Dealing with the supply chain aspects to ensure that we deliver the right products to our customers as requested and keep diligent records in SAP. This covers all aspects of backorder management, ad-hoc consignment request management, custom made products processes, daily stock ordering, and moving inventory from customer-to-customer as required. **How You'll Create Impact** + Creating daily backorder reports and issuing out to the relevant stakeholders + Liaising with the relevant stakeholders (IBP, sales and marketing) to discuss current issues in supply as agreeing on escalation or work-around + Attending any relevant supply related calls with EMEA/Global + Chasing GCO Customer Service for ETA's on backorders and working with the GCO on manual allocation product escalations + Creating the orders on GSCC for replenishment stock, from the daily MRP run + Creating purchase orders for custom made products + Creating purchase orders for any demand that is not distributed from GSCC and covered by 3rd party vendors from the approved supplier list + Creating purchase requisitions on SAP from GSCC for new kits + Creating all kit builds in MyMediset for new kits. Releasing kit build picks to the warehouse and coordinating priority builds + Reviewing all SKUs to ensure those in 5A or 6A status are not included in local bills of materials; either MyMediset or Setcaster and working with Customer Experience to also ensure that orders are cancelled on those products + Hosting and administrating the stock allocation process on known problem supply brands + Amending SKU product status as required by Masterdata + Deleting the surplus purchase orders (priority 60's) on GSCC to remove surplus demand + Working with peers in other markets to enable the mobility of implants between markets + Administrating any ‘exceptional’ requests from the sales team for additional implants or instruments to be added to a pre-existing consignment placement + Ordering and releasing picks to the warehouse for ad-hoc requests that are marked up as ‘Approved’ by the Operations Director + Helping to review the opportunities in SalesForceDotCom where necessary **What Makes You Stand Out** + Educated to A level standard preferable. + Computer literacy with experience using MS Office applications and SAP + Proven excel analytical skills + Customer Services Experience + Good telephone manner + Supply chain experience **Your Background** Problem solving and decision making Effective team working, customer Interaction and communication skills Attention to detail and analytical skills Planning, organizing and time management Self motivation/motivation and drive Ability to prioritise and plan own workload.
