**The opportunity**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Lead to drive the learning initiative within our R&D organization. As R&D Learning Lead you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our R&D team members.
**How you’ll spend your day**
• Develop and execute learning plans aligned with the R&D organization's goals.
• Identify learning and training needs through consultations with R&D HR, managers and employees.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and sessions, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and impactful.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and impactful learning content.
• Conduct research on industry trends, emerging practices, and benchmark data to support learning strategies and content development.
• Provide operational support for learning initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking participation, and assessing program effectiveness.
• Evaluate and monitor training outcomes and progress, using feedback and data to recommend improvements and adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
**Your experience and qualifications**
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, impactful content and engage effectively with teams at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to assess challenges and continuously improve development processes and programs.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
