Job Description

Join a forward-thinking organization dedicated to revolutionizing the automotive industry through innovative radar sensor integration. As a key player in developing models and algorithms for vehicle integration of radar sensors, you will help shape the future of automotive technology, ensuring safety and efficiency in vehicle design.


Your key responsibilities:

Holistic implementation - You will develop solutions tailored to the specific requirements of vehicle design and automotive radar sensor characteristics. Work closely with antenna developers and signal processing experts within an international team spanning development, manufacturing and costumer relations, contributing to significant projects that enhance vehicle performance.Structure Analysis - You will analyze simulations and measurements, evaluate deviations and anomalies in the integration of radar sensors in the vehicle and work towards solutions.

Qualifications

Your Education & Communication Skills:

Academic Background – You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics or a related field with a focus on high-frequency technology or signal processing, preferably with a PhD.Strong Communicator – You will develop requirements and solutions in collaboration with automotive manufacturers and present your findings both internally and to customers, showcasing your excellent English language skills (German is a plus).

Your Working Style & Mindset:

Key Qualities - We seek a resilient, proactive, and communicative individual who thrives in a structured and analytical working environment.Experience - Candidates should have 3-5 years of professional experience in antenna and high-frequency circuit design, along with proficiency in simulation tools such as HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, and Matlab.Problem-Solving Skills - A strong aptitude for constructive problem-solving and troubleshooting, grounded in a solid understanding of physical relationships, is essential for success in this role.Collaboration - You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, communicating clearly and building strong professional relationships.Curiosity & Practicality - You are eager to learn and enjoy hands-on problem-solving.Goal Orientation - You remain focused on achieving targets and delivering high-quality results.
