Position Summary

Support Quality workstreams relating to Post Merger Integration (PMI)

Duties and Responsibilities

Support pillars of integration related to Metrics, ISO Standard and Bosch QMS GAP analysis + merger, and others as needed for successful alignmentCoordinate communication between HF sitesReview and approve proposed changes to existing global documentation framework as agreed through GAP analysisCommunicate project status to key stake holders across senior leadership & IMOAssign and review work of various team membersAnalyze production issues and modify incoming and production systems as neededWork with cross functional teams including Design Engineering, Manufacturing Eng, Supply Chain, Production to support of continuous improvement initiativesImplement strategic initiatives around improving internal quality practices and performanceUtilize advanced Excel functions to analyze large datasets which support data driven decisionsPerform other duties as assigned by manager

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

Lift and move a minimum of 5 pounds without assistance

Work Environment

This job will be full time onsite professional office environment with some time on the manufacturing floor as needed. Remote flexibility on an as needed basis.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment and is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment can range from quiet to moderate to loud.

QualificationsBachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar field or equivalent work experienceStrong understanding of Hydraforce QMS, experience in HF Audit preferredAbility to collaborate with cross functionally with diversity of individuals cross functional and regionally at all organizational levelsThree to Five years related audit experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentCommitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to manage priorities and workflow autonomouslyStrong interpersonal skillsKnowledge of various quality system methodologies such as Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFEMA, PPAP, etc.Demonstrated sound judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsAbility to travel abroad required (10%)

 

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 83,700-$97,300 Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
