The Software QA Lead is an integral part of the team at WTW. This role is responsible for driving and monitoring QA process within the team and ensuring the products being developed are delivered to the highest standards expected by WTW. The role includes working closely with developers, QA engineers and product owners to ensure that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. The role also involves coaching and mentoring other team members on quality practices and frameworks. The candidate should have a good knowledge and awareness of industry trends.

Strong passion for the delivery of high-quality software Experience in defining QA strategy both from the ground-up as well as continuously improving existing processes and strategy Experience in driving QA and test first approaches into complex delivery programsExperience in leading and growing a QA team for a project (including hands-on recruitment)Hands on experience building complex test automation solutions for complex SaaS based solutionsExperience with C# test automation frameworks at all levels (unit, integration, API/system)Experience in delivering QA processes for SaaS/Cloud based solutions in AzureAppreciation and practical exposure to microservice and containerised deployment architecturesExperience in testing statistical analysis / machine learning softwareExperience in Python would be advantageousEqual Opportunity Employer
