This role requires 1 years of proposal coordination/management experience in the AEC industry, as well as exceptional skills in communication, collaboration, storytelling, and most importantly, the personal commitment to win. The Proposal Coordinator is required to be highly detail-oriented and self-motivated and brings proven, successful experience supporting major proposals/pursuits in a high-performing, deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. **Primary Responsibilities** **Client Development** * Develop strong/trusted relationships with internal clients, teaming partners, and internal colleagues while functioning in a high-performing, fast-paced team environment. **Pursuit Management** * Support or manage the entire proposal process to produce high-quality, winning proposals, including: o Attending and/or facilitating kick-off, document review, and other pursuit-related meetings. o Assisting with the development and writing of proposal sections, including editing, and helping to identify new and creative ways to convey detailed information. o Developing practitioner resumes, firm project descriptions, etc. o Managing the pursuit schedule to meet client deadlines on time. o Collaborating with graphic designers to develop key graphics and layouts to facilitate better story telling. o Providing quality control and compliance reviews, as well as other services as required, to create a winning submittal that is aligned and compliant with the client’s evaluation and selection criteria. * Share marketing and sales materials, information, knowledge, and best practices with other regional and business line marketing team members across Stantec. * Ensure that all marketing and sales documents comply with our corporate branding guidelines and client confidentiality requirements. **Leadership Expectations** * Utilize project management skills to plan, structure, orchestrate, and execute proposal management/pursuit activities. * Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers, and internal clients. * Take personal responsibility on the toughest, most complex, and competitive opportunities. * Contribute to best practices and process improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** **Your Capabilities and Credentials** * Understanding of competitive procurement processes. * All Stantec employees are expected to adhere to corporate and department policies and work in a manner to ensure safety by following company health and safety guidelines. * Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills and ability to effectively balance multiple priorities. * Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently motivated. **Education and Experience** * BS degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 1 years of proposal coordination/management experience in the AEC industry All Stantec employees are expected to adhere to corporate and department policies and work in a manner to ensure safety by following company health and safety guidelines. Pay transparency laws require employers to provide the following information for positions that may be in the following jurisdiction(s): **Salary Range(s):** * $60,900 - $85,400 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CO, HI, MD and IL * SF Area $69,800/CA Other Areas $60,900 - SF Area $97,800/CA Other Areas $85,400 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CA (SF Area includes SF, SJS & WLC) The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
