The Project Proposal Engineer is responsible for delivery of technical and commercial large size and/or complex project proposals to our customers for Power and Renewables industry within Emerson Systems & Software projects business portfolio and support Emerson sales teams in the pursuit of new business opportunities. We encourage your application for this position! **In this role you will:** + Ensure understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s stakeholders through remote communication or site visits, acting as trusted advisor; + Take full ownership of the delivery of the assigned technical and commercial large size and/or complex project proposals scope + following the standard process; + Act as Solution Architect applying technical expertise for the concept design development of Emerson solution, fulfilling customers’ requirements; + Ensure the innovative and efficient solutions are proposed; + Proactively apply methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the proposal preparation effort, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality; + Ensure stakeholders and proposal team members are proactively informed on the status or any challenges; + Act as Project Proposal Engineer delivering small and medium size project proposals; + Facilitate creation of an inclusive and encouraging environment for all personnel within the project proposal team to ensure its high performance on the proposal preparation; + Take **other responsibilities** or **tasks** , including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed.
