Job Description:
As an Associate on the LATAM Transformation team within the LATAM Branches, you will lead efforts to gather information, execute, and implement various projects for LATAM Branches and LATAM Business initiatives. Through strong partnerships with different Operations teams, other LOB Operations units, Technology, Finance, and Business Management teams, you will be involved in multiple projects or initiatives, working across the entire project lifecycle on new products, new services, changes, systems migrations, and more.
This role is a driver of change, requiring you to collaborate with LATAM Operations teams to develop bold and exciting visions to solve operational issues across the region, focusing on multiple facets of the operational process.
Job responsibilities:
Own and deliver individual projects from inception to execution. Partner with Technology, Operations, and Finance to meet project objectives. Establish and maintain regular project reporting, timely escalate issues, identify, and drive remedial actions. Evaluate the performance of current operations processes to propose changes and efficiencies. Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders, and escalate to the appropriate level when required.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to coordinate project activities. Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond to timely inquiries, and present written/oral briefings. Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Effective decision-making skills and ability to respond to high-pressure situations. Collaborative problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with the ability to work independently.
