We are currently seeking a Project Manager – Services in Houston, Texas. The Project Manager – Services will be the bridge between Services Execution, Marketing and Digital (SEMD) Contracts team and field operations teams to ensure service contracts are onboarded in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include equipment procurement, installation, digital onboarding, troubleshooting issues, establishing metrics, monitoring digital connectivity and reporting.
What You Will Do:
Develop detailed project plan for contract onboarding and execute the plan to meet customer timeline and contract cost requirements.Manage the procurement of all required equipment and support hardware for services contracts by working with internal Caterpillar factories and dealers as needed.Plan and execute the installation of all contracted equipment by working with customers, dealers and internal support teams.Ensure all contracted equipment are digitally onboarded and meets contract and operations team remote monitoring requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve field issues with urgency during equipment onboarding and digital connectivity checks with customers and dealers.Have a thorough knowledge of services business processes and manage multiple contracts globally.Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired.Top Candidates Will Have:
Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completionExcellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the organization to take specific actions.PMP certification/Six Sigma Black Belt Certification nice to haveField experience with Oil & Gas and Marine products, Product link equipment (PLE) and other remote monitoring devices troubleshootingAdvanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project and knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirableWhat You Will Have – Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:
Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
