Project Manager - Intermediate

You are passionate about leading interesting and increasingly complex projects that deliver business value, developing and managing trusting & collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and being adaptive to changing project prioritization and constraints.

As the Project Manager, you will work closely with various technical and non-technical team members. You will be the subject matter expert on agile project methodology, managing dependencies, scoping, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and managing timelines and expectations appropriately.

What you will do:

As a project Manager, you will work closely with different stakeholders throughout the organization to coordinate the implementation team, Business, IT (management, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and developers) accordingly.

You will drive all the project stages, from planning, execution, through to reporting, overseeing Salesforce implementation projects end-to-end on a variety of Salesforce ‘clouds’ and levels of complexity. Your priority is to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.


What experience you need

Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing the project delivery of technical implementationsMinimum of 3+ years experience in Agile methodologies and approaches to project managementExperience managing multiple (3-6) projects simultaneously (including but not limited to: implementations, upgrades, integrations, migrations, enhancements, and new installations)Minimum of 3+ years experience working with cross-functional teams located in multiple time zones

What could set you apart:

Direct experience and involvement with Salesforce “Cloud” projects (Sales, Marketing, Service etc)Salesforce Certification/s5+ years of progressively expanding responsibility in the areas of communication, and presentation (development & execution of) skills to leadership. Highly organized and meticulous in your work and approach to managing all aspects of projects.Proven experience working on projects,  in a highly organized fashion, that require interacting with stakeholders at various leadership levels.Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
