Job DescriptionThe Mobility Electronics (ME) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for combustion engines, comfort functions, airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state, inertial, yaw-rate, pressure, NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.
„Intel of micromechanics“ – Bosch, as a pioneer in the R&D of semiconductor based miniature sensor systems (MEMS) has been the No.1 automotive sensor supplier in the world for years now. We in our Hungarian team of 10 years professional history lead development projects of airbag sensors integrating many technologies and disciplines of engineering, from the birth of the specification set by car industry partners to the series production. Your tasks:
► responsible project management in an international, multidisciplinary team of engineers,
► scheduling and coordination of the development process till the start of series production,
► conducting discussions focused on technical content, sensor application with OEMs, Bosch-internal customers, supporting engineering departments and production plants,
► leading, coordination and follow-up of product quality assessments,
► representation of the sensor development in customer visits, plant audits,
► change management of series products,
► application of Bosch development processes and methodologies, process development with respect to Bosch-norms and customer needs
Qualifications► finished B.Sc. graduation in engineering or similar studies,
(studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics, M.Sc. is an advantage)
► outstanding organisational-coordinational skills, active task follow-up,
► open communication, good people skills,
► responsible conduct, agility and teamwork,
► openness towards getting knowledge of new technologies, technical solutions, disciplines,
► proficiency in English language (German is advantage)
