Roles and Responsibilities
Lead assigned projects from handover or kick-off to closure, ensuring full compliance with technical and commercial requirementsTrack and report key project performance indicators such as sales, margin, delivery timelines, invoicing, and cash collectionMaintain strong communication with all internal departments, drive necessary actions, and implement recovery plans when neededActively engage with customers, partners, contractors, and consultantsIdentify and report all project-related risks and opportunities in a timely mannerUnderstand and fulfill all obligations from the customer, consortium, and third partiesEnsure contract milestones are achieved on time to avoid or minimize any penaltiesFocus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleEnsure timely preparation and submission of customer documentation, and follow up for necessary approvalsMaintain high-quality data in project execution and monitoring toolsBe aware of and comply with the company’s and local EHS (environment, health, and safety) policies and regulations, this person is expected to demonstrate exemplary behavior in EHS and work together with the EHS team to take preventive and corrective actions to avoid accidents, incidents, or environmental harmRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree of an engineering discipline from an accredited universityMinimum 2 years of experience in project management areaComfortable in hybrid working conditionsStrong oral and written English language skillsAbility to live in Istanbul or KocaeliDesired Characteristics
Preferably advanced French language skillsExcellent project management and team coordination skills preferredPreferably deep knowledge of project management in the energy sectorPreferably bachelor’s degree in electrical (preferable), Mechanical or Industrial EngineeringStrong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problemsAbility to document, plan, market and execute programsAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
