SDS project manager supervisor
Your role and responsibilities•\tLead the project team with clear instructions, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.•\tManage all aspects of the project in accordance with the client's requirements and ensure that all the technical, safety, quality, and financial objectives are met.•\tOversee the development of the project plan documents with respect to scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.•\tMonitor each stage of the implementation of the project to ensure best practices in matters of cost control, efficient use of resources, risk management, and health, safety and the environ-ment.•\tIdentify, analyze, and manage project risks, regularly sharing lessons learned.•\tCoordinate contract negotiation and equipment procurement in collaboration with the supply chain.•\tBuild strong relationships with the clients and stakeholders.•\tLive ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree. At least 10 years of experience in project management (concrete achievements) with international experience.PMP certification recommended.English-French bilingualism essential. French is required. English is also required as this position will service internal and external clients from other provinces.Ability to manage multiple projects with converging delivery dates in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative, solution-oriented approach with strong written and spoken communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Business acumen, good understanding of client needs, and ability to maintain good client relationships.
