We need a dynamic Project Director to lead a major infrastructure project in the UAE. This is your chance to make a significant impact and lead a dedicated team to success. About the Role: You'll lead the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team in working on a deep wastewater pumping station. Manage the EPC contract through all phases, ensuring the project's adherence to scope, schedule, procurement, cost, quality, risk, change, and communication management. Facilitate smooth coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and quality assurance. **Qualifications:** • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. • Minimum 20 years of experience in wastewater management, with a focus on deep pump stations and similar large-scale projects. • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role on major infrastructure restoration projects. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and P.E./Chartered Engineer status. • Strong expertise in EPC project management, contract negotiations, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. \#LI-Middleeast **About Stantec:** Why Join Us?
