Project Administrator II
**Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities** **Job FunctionDuties** **Customer Focus** • Provide continuous and reliable support to the Projects and Finance Teams. **Drives Results** • Coordinate bookings and revenue recognition in a timely manner. • Monitor project progress through regular reviews. **Communication** • Maintain effective communication with all relevant departments. • Deliver clear and accurate reports and workbooks to the Projects and Finance Teams. • Activate escalation paths when needed and create/update workflows. **Collaboration** • Foster consistent collaboration with the Projects and Finance Teams through ongoing communication and support. **Project Management** • Support project management activities in line with organizational standards and procedures. • Track project progress and address potential issues proactively. • Submit and update part creation or extension forms. • Manage all project-related Oracle changes. • Continuously monitor project budgets to anticipate and resolve issues. **Documentation & Scheduling** • Compile and organize comprehensive documentation packages for Notice of Inspection (NOI) and shipment. • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted to PMO in a timely manner. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and deadlines. **Project Execution & Financial Management** • Oversee the project execution process in Oracle, ensuring timely and accurate billing. • Manage project closure in Oracle, including releasing holds and verifying financial completion. • Generate and track project-related invoices. • Collaborate with the Final Control Finance Department to resolve billing discrepancies. **Policy Interpretation** • Apply Emerson’s policies and procedures accurately in all PMO-related activities. **Synergy** • Promote cross-functional synergy by encouraging communication and teamwork across all departments. **Who You Are:** You balance planning with actions.
