As an intern, you'll experience this culture and have the opportunity to advance to our associate program based on results and performance. Work experiences you could be exposed to: Raise processes, outlining and mapping the current status of the processes, through individual, group or workshop interviews with existing data metrics. Define roles and responsibilities in each of the stages of the processes. Analyze the workflows in the company seeking continuous improvement. Generate quantitative studies to detect automation opportunities through the use of artificial intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Process Automation (DPA). Conduct study and monitoring of the main indicators of the processes based on optimization. Communicate and report effectively on changes associated with the processes. **Required technical and professional expertise** Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development or other courses for a career in technology; Have school insurance for the entire duration of the internship (1080 hours); Be a regular student; Knowledge of front-end, back-end or full stack languages and technologies; Ability to communicate effectively. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Intermediate English; Software development.
