This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation in our marketplace promotions strategy. You'll lead initiatives to scale self-service promotional tools while collaborating across teams to optimize high-velocity sales events that generate hundreds of millions in revenue.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable promotional programs and tools to enable seller success
- Partner with product teams to enhance self-service deal creation capabilities and seller experience
- Lead planning and execution of major shopping events to drive business growth
- Develop and optimize promotional mechanisms including forecasting, reporting and fee structures
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across sales, marketing and technology teams
A day in the life
You'll start your day reviewing performance metrics and coordinating with regional teams on upcoming promotional events. Throughout the day, you'll meet with product managers to provide input on new features, analyze data to identify optimization opportunities, and work with sales teams to understand sellers' needs. You'll also lead cross-functional meetings to align teams on event strategy and execution.
