Description
The FBA PS) and Communications Program Manager role combines two essential functions within Amazon Mexico's FBA business. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence through data-driven SPS program management while simultaneously owning the communication strategy for FBA initiatives.
In the SPS capacity, the Program Manager will analyze FBA metrics, lead process improvements, and serve as the primary escalation point for V SPS issues. They will develop data-backed solutions, create Mexico FBA guidelines, track performance metrics, and implement global best practices to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency.
On the communications front, the role involves owning both internal and external communication strategies for FBA initiatives. This includes developing and maintaining communication channels across teams, creating and distributing regular performance updates, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring cross-functional messaging alignment. The Program Manager will be responsible for crafting clear, consistent messaging that supports FBA objectives and maintains stakeholder engagement.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive FBA operational excellence through data-driven analysis of SPS metrics, process optimization, and development of comprehensive SOPs and support resources for precise seller guidance
• Lead contact reduction initiatives by analyzing CPU trends, implementing preventive solutions, and optimizing self-service resources to enhance seller efficiency and reduce support dependency
• Serve as primary owner for SPS MX FBA process improvement, managing escalations, creating prioritization guidelines, and driving collaboration between local and global teams to resolve gaps and pain points
• Conduct regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) data analysis on SPS to identify trends, track KPIs, and communicate performance insights, working closely with Product owners and stakeholders to implement long-term solutions
•Lead the communication initiatives (Email, WhatsApp,etc.) for the FBA organization
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
