Job Description

Eurofins EAG Laboratories has over 40 years experience in engineering and materials testing services. Our Santa Clara TEM team is looking for a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to work between customers, Production Control dept. and scientists to deliver client data in a timely and reliable manner.  The Production Control Coordinator will be responsible for proactively meeting the administrative support needs of the Engineering team & their clients.

Schedule:  Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Logs and tracks the receipt and shipment of all samples into and out of the lab.Obtains purchase orders.Labels and stores samples in accordance with documented procedures.Maintains lab space as clean and organized. May perform courier duties as necessary to support lab and client needs.

Pay Range: $22-26/per hour.

 

Employees are expected to comply with ISO 27001 standard and company requirements for Information security.  

Qualifications2+ years’ experience supporting multiple departments and sites in a multi-functional fast-paced environment.Attention to detail; integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.Strong customer service focus, highly organized, responsible, and detail oriented.Work independently under time constraints and handle a multitude of tasks efficiently. Must have a valid Drivers License.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Position is subject to ITAR government regulations (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).

Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment. Ability to use a telephone, access file cabinets, receive and ship customer productsAbility to sit for periods of timeAbility to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group settingAbility to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)Ability to lift to 10 lbs.
