As a Product Solutions Associate in Healthcare Payments, you are responsible for supporting the sales cycle and contributing to the discovery of potential solutions to clients’ needs in collaboration with our Sales, Product Development, and Technical Client teams.
Job responsibilitiesSupports team members to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and provide valueParticipates in strategic initiatives and coordinates on projects that contribute to the definition and configuration of our product offerings and capabilitiesCoordinates with the team to understand and assess current state, data capabilities, and the delivery of strategic solutionsAggregates the data needed to support the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports Own the full sales cycle from demo, proposal, to close; this is a new business focused sales role, Identify and meet key decision-makers for prospective accounts and introduce best practices associated with use of InstaMedDemonstrate a consultative approach to the sale by identifying the prospect’s challenges and prescribing the right solutionRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leveraging problem-solving skills on a team within a cluster of productsExperience aggregating data to support analysis and report buildingDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organizationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointUnderstanding of basic analytics tools Excellent people skills and proven ability to foster strong relationshipsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills2+ years of experience in a sales, sales development or a client relationship roleFinTech or Healthcare technology experience a plus
