Product Manager - Business Intelligence

We are seeking a proactive and accountable Product Manager with a strong technical background and a focus on Business Intelligence to support our Product and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will leverage data insights to enhance our strategic approach with clients, particularly in managing transactional products such as Pix (Pay in and Pay out), Traditional Cash, Tax and Liquidity Management, ensuring they meet market needs and aiming to growth the business. 

Job Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy with a focus on leveraging Business Intelligence to support sales initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to gather and prioritize customer requirements and market needs, using data-driven insights. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals, risk management strategies, and sales objectives. Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features that enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Engage with diverse stakeholders, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data analytics to inform product decisions and sales strategies. Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback, sales data, and analytics. Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards while supporting sales goals.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 5-10 years of proven professional experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Business Intelligence and transactional products. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, risk assessment, and data analytics. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and support sales strategies. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on supporting sales through data insights. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude and experience in client-facing roles.
