We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Product Management to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of products that support Salesforce’s Public Sector business. These solutions enable sales, services, and customer success teams to operate effectively in a highly regulated, data-sensitive environment.
This is a pivotal role for driving cross-functional alignment, maximizing Salesforce-on-Salesforce capabilities, and ensuring our internal stakeholders have the digital technology and insights they need to support a multi-billion-dollar Public Sector portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.Proven success delivering internal tools or platforms that support enterprise sales, services, or customer success functions.Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and internal use cases (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Analytics, etc.).Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and manage cross-functional priorities.Deep understanding of data integrity, operational compliance, and stakeholder engagement.Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and business acumen.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting public sector go-to-market functions or working in regulated industries.Familiarity with Salesforce internal systems, governance processes, or Salesforce-on-Salesforce practices.Strong understanding of public sector selling motions, contracts, and delivery models.Why Join Us:
