Job Responsibilities :

You will development, improve and maintain of quality-related documentation (ex: control plan, FMEA, process capability studies). You will support product industrialization and continuous improvement of product specification. You will drive process capability improvement activities; drive KPI performance. You will drive and improve customer satisfaction of products and services through contact with internal customers, layered audits. You will assist in technical issues through scientific problem solving activities within the borders/guidelines of QUALITY standards and process.

 

Job Requirements :

You have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field. You have 5+ years of manufacturing experience in plant quality & technology You have 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment You have experience working in an Union environment You have experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Plant Optimization / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment You have understanding of statistical analysis You have strong customer focus, both internal and external You have solid background in scheduling, quality, safety and project management You have demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader) You have strong Problem solving skills and mentality You are courageous and willing to make decisions You have collaborative style and ability to influence You are open minded, pro-active and able to drive change You have high sense of urgency and ability to deal with multiple and/or conflicting priorities You have strong communication skills (written and oral) You have demonstrated financial and business acumen You are fluent in English
