The Work You'll Do:

We are looking for a highly analytical and systems-minded Product Intelligence Analyst to join our Product Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling together and modeling data from multiple sources (Jira, Salesforce, ADP, Pendo, spreadsheets, etc.) to create connected insights that power strategic product planning, investment decisions, and operational health reviews. You will leverage AWS Quicksight to deliver dashboards and self-service reporting that guide our product leaders in making evidence-based decisions across the product lifecycle.

More specifically, you will:

Design and maintain cross-system data models that reflect the relationships between planning inputs, financials, product telemetry, GTM activities, and team execution Build executive- and team-level dashboards in AWS Quicksight that align with product lifecycle stages, OKRs, investment types (Innovation, KTLO, etc.), and customer engagement Integrate and analyze data from tools such as Jira (Software + Product Discovery), Salesforce, ADP, Pendo, Excel/Sheets, and internal operational sources Collaborate with Product Ops, Finance, Strategy, and Engineering leaders to support decisions on investment prioritization, roadmap readiness, execution pacing and velocity, product profitability and unit economics, and feature adoption and usage health Own the data layer that underpins quarterly planning, initiative reviews, and post-release retrospectives Establish best practices around data definitions, metric governance, and source-of-truth alignment What We Need From You 3–5+ years of experience in product analytics, data modeling, or BI engineering, ideally in a SaaS environment Strong expertise in AWS Quicksight (dashboards, calculated fields, SPICE models, visual storytelling) Proven experience creating data models that span business systems (e.g., linking Salesforce opportunities to Jira initiatives to Pendo feature usage) Fluent in SaaS product and financial metrics: ARR, retention, churn, NRR, RICE scoring, team velocity, margin, unit cost, etc. Understanding of product development workflows and how to track planning-to-execution-to-impact Comfort managing ambiguity and building structure across tools with varying data integrity Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire

Bonus Skills:
