As an Product Engagement Director within JPMorganChase, you will lead efforts to enhance product scalability, supportability, and commercialization. Job Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to ensure comprehensive product coverage, aligning with company considerations.Develop and implement strategies to enhance product scalability, supportability, and commercialization.Serve as the primary liaison between product and company operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential client and employee friction points.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.Facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing across departments to enhance product engagement.Proactively identify and evaluate new internal and external opportunities for product and business growth.Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and product development.Develop and present business cases for new initiatives to senior leadership.Provide visionary leadership to the product engagement team, setting clear goals and expectations.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product engagement initiatives.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in a senior product management or engagement role, preferably at the executive director level.Strong understanding of product scalability, supportability, and commercialization principles.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful product engagement initiatives.Strong leadership and team development skills.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
