As a Product Director in Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is seeking an Executive Director in Product Management, helping to lead the CDAO Graph team. Drive firmwide platform strategy, data modeling, and user interface development with a focus on large-scale product strategy and ensuring consistent messaging across the Graph team’s portfolio.
Job responsibilitiesOversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targetsLeads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growthCoaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesOwns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectivesMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiationLeads the CDAO Graph team in developing and executing product strategies for the firmwide platform. Ensures alignment and consistent messaging across the Graph team’s portfolio. Drives the development and optimization of the platform's data model and user interface. Oversees shared services including notifications and search, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives. Utilizes Graph Databases (Neo4j) and data modeling expertise to enhance platform capabilities. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsProven experience in product management at an executive level, within a large organization. Strong technical expertise in Graph Databases (Neo4j) and data modeling. Exceptional strategic thinking and product development skills. Ability to manage up and drive consistent messaging across diverse portfolios. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Practical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRecognized thought leader within a related fieldFamiliarity with the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) operations.
