**What you’ll do:** **Job Summary** We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to join our team.This role is responsible to support for Assemblies & Residential Solutions (ARS) managing product and material data for digital front-end initiatives including PDH, Eaton.Com, Order Center and various other digital and eCommerce initiatives. We welcome people with disabilities and those with gaps in their curriculum, creating a workplace where everyone can reach their full potential—and help us reach ours. **Job Responsibilities** Organize and submit various PDH requests, including: -Review accuracy of existing PDH items and add more detail in product specs / descriptions as needed -Create new product templates and provide to PDH team in Pune for uploads -Support the PDH for integration with Eaton.com -Ensures all data requests to support various digital initiatives are fulfilled -Acts as a point of aggregation for ARS marketing team while providing one contact point for IT, PDH team, etc. -Provide maintenance support on an ongoing basis to ensure data integrity -Facilitate proper and efficient information flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division wide performance expectations -Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution (troubleshooting) -Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow -Write and edit a heavy volume of product information such as product descriptions, product attributes and unstructured content. -Lead deployment projects (onsite and offshore specific) with larger scope of Product data hub in coordination with IT & Project management team -Works with different source systems (Product drawings, ERPs, etc.) to source product attributes and specifications. -Ability to present details of complex data quality or workflow issues for internal review. \#LI-KL1 **Qualifications:** **Education level required** Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing/commerce or similar **Years and area of experience required** • Minimum 3 years prior technical marketing or sales experience preferred • Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently. **Technical knowledge** • Knowledge of CRM software • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet) • Advanced English language proficiency (Strong listen, written and verbal communication skills) **Skills:** • Drive for results • Makes Decisions & Solves Problems • Demonstrates a Collaborative Style • Promotes and Champions Change • Business Acumen • Pursues personal development • Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a desire to actively contribute to the group’s success • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Team player.
