Your role and responsibilities

We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. Becoming part of our Operative Sourcing Team for indirect Material & Services, you will participate in an exciting journey of optimizing ABB costs by delivering high level services to our internal stakeholders within Procurement area. To do so you will closely collaborate with Procurement Managers, Procurement Team Members and internal stakeholders. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping best in class procurement processes and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.What you will do: •\tProcess Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders•\tConduct phone negotiations with the suppliers•\tMonitor confirmations of Purchase Orders•\tManage on time deliveries•\tResolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices•\tPerform supplier registration and qualification process•\tMaintain master data requests•\tClosely collaborate with your internal stakeholder and suppliers•\tSupport our further development by identification and implementation of improvements•\tSupport and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm

Qualifications for the role

What is required:\tProficient in business English/Japanese or Korean\tExcellent communication skills, especially in phone conversations \tCustomer focus with proactive attitude\t2 years of relevant procurement experience\tVery good knowledge of Excel and SAP
