Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
Planning and procurement of components from external suppliers;Securing an optimized inventory level at Aveiro plant;Maintaining and optimizing master data and planning parameters to ensure an effective Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP;Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (Coverage, Inventory Level and Supplier Service Level) for own area of responsibility and derivation of measures and improvements projects;Participation in system CIP projects to contribute to KPI improvement;Proactive reporting of components availability for the plant and ensure on-time escalation;Supporting product launches and Engineering Changes (ECRs) including maintenance of master data and alignment on initial stock quantities.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience and Know-how: Good knowledge about logistic processes, ideally with experience in planning and procurement processes in SAP;
Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools such as MS Excel and PowerBi.
Working methods: Structured and independent way of working, ability to communicate effectively (also with external suppliers).
Personality: Very high customer orientation, excellent ability to work in an international team, good communication skills, high assertiveness, good analytical skills.
Language skills: Fluent in Portuguese and English (Level B2+).
