Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

Digital Process Design:Analyze existing purchasing processes to identify areas for digital transformation;Map workflows and data streams to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.Digitalization Strategy Development:Design strategies to optimize processes using digital tools and technologies;Develop frameworks for integrating end-to-end data streams into workflows and system landscapes.Implementation of Digital Tools:​​​​​​​Collaborate with IT teams to implement digital solutions such as AI assistance, predictive analysis and process automation tools;Ensure that the integration of digital tools align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.Exploration of Emerging Technologies:​​​​​​​Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning and digital tools;Evaluate and propose new technologies that can further optimize indirect processes.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree in Business Engineering or similar.Experience:More than 5 years experience in process optimization and design;Experience with AI-driven solutions for process automation and decision-making;Familiarity with processes in purchasing.Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of process optimization methodologies like, for example, VSDiA - Value Stream Design in Administration;Proficiency in leveraging end-to-end data streams for process optimization;Strong analytical skills to identify digitalization opportunities;Ability to integrate digital tools into existing workflows seamlessly.Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level);German language skills would be a plus.Personality: Good ability to work in a virtual team;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
