As the Head of Portfolio Management and Governance within the Chief Technology Office (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in driving the technological advancement of the firm through strategic initiatives and portfolio oversight and governance. This senior leadership position requires a blend of strategic thinking, program management expertise, and governance acumen to oversee complex technology solutions with broad and lasting implications across the organization. You will collaborate with CTO leadership and key stakeholders to establish practices that ensure transparency, strategic alignment, clear prioritization, and consistent execution of critical initiatives, aiming to achieve business objectives, meet regulatory and strategic imperatives, modernize technology platforms, and optimize resource and budget utilization.

7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizationsDemonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutionsAdvanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectivesProven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environmentsAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectiveEstablish a central program management function in order to disseminate best practices, toolkits, and standards for program management across the CTO organization to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.Develop and maintain a robust portfolio reporting framework that provides clear visibility into the status, progress, and performance of all strategic initiatives within the CTO portfolio.Expert knowledge of business processes across multiple lines of business and technology disciplines.Proven track record of managing high-performing teams on large and complex programs.Strong understanding of financial control, budget management, risk management, and operations.Demonstrated ability to create and support a collaborative culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
