For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or 5 years with a Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Proven track record in managing technical projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining budget controls. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-initiate and manage tasks effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously, maintaining flexibility and composure under uncertainty. Effective team collaborator with experience working in a matrix organization. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: At least 2 years of hands-on product development experience (hardware, firmware, or driver software for hardware). familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps. In-depth understanding of the measurement and automated testing industries is a plus. PMP certification or similar project management qualifications are highly desirable.
