The Position:


Testing software is important — leading quality efforts on health-impacting products is even more meaningful. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to drive the establishment of best QA automation practices. As a Principal QA Engineer, you will take ownership of quality strategy and execution across one or more teams, acting as a Lead QA. You’ll guide and mentor other QA engineers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and user trust. 

In a domain where software directly supports people’s health, you’ll champion quality at every step of the development lifecycle — because we believe lives should never be put at risk.

The Opportunity:

You will be shaping and implementing QA strategies.

You will lead automation efforts, and ensure the highest standards of quality.

You will leverage your expertise in automation testing and performance testing to enhance the efficiency, security, and reliability of our processes within our agile and cross-functional teams.

Who you are:

You have a University Degree

You have around 5 years of experience working as a Software Engineer, including 2 years as a QA Engineer

You have a broad QA Automation experience to be a leader that improves ways of working and is helping others to grow

You have ability to define and drive comprehensive test strategies

You are experienced with JavaScript QA Automation frameworks

You understand Cloud (preferable AWS)

You are familiar with modern AI-driven QA tools and techniques

You have excellent  written and verbal communication in English
