The PMO Analyst will report to the PMO Operations Lead, with the primary focus of ensuring governance, reporting standards, risk management and financial controls are managed across their assigned Outsourcing change program.
The successful candidate will work with the delivery teams and other functions to ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed with high quality / accurate reporting and will ensure that projects/programmes standards are adhered to.
This is a broad and challenging role and essential that the successful candidate is flexible whilst maintaining a positive outlook.

The Outsourcing GB business delivers high quality pension administration services and solutions to clients in GB, Ireland, Germany, and Asia. We provide fully outsourced pension administration services or co-sourced services, where we supply our software for a client to administer their scheme in-house. Outsourcing GB is currently the largest provider of pension administration services to the top 200 private sector funds including several high street banks.
The Role
Governance and Control
Collates status reports and high-quality reporting materials to support governance meetings and ensure they reflect the reality of the delivery Manages project estimates and the tracking of actuals and estimates to complete against them, milestone tracking and change control Manages & tracks project progress and reports on variance to plan May support Jira administration / dashboards from time to time Responsible for logistics for meetings, preparation, agenda, papers, minutes. Provides analytical support and completes ad hoc requests as required.Best Practice
Actively manage dependencies across projects and programs Provide high quality, timely, accurate materials at all times to all stakeholders Communicates with all stakeholders to ensure that all central team deadlines are met. Coordinates and shares best practices with other PMO roles as needed to drive efficiency Ensures that Lessons Learnt sessions are undertaken and ensures all outputs are logged and tracked via a central log Ensures that benefit realisations from all deliveries are recorded centrally Ensures adherence to all project policies and standards, as set by the PMO Operations Lead Supports financial controls, planning and reporting for monthly submissionsDepartmental Control
