Plant manager has responsibility to achieve customer happiness from order release to factory until shipment to customer. They must do so while achieving an uncompromising dedication to quality and safety for all collaborators.
They must also lead Plant pivotal initiatives setting and achieving operational and financial commitments aligned with the BU’s long-term strategy, whilst promoting a climate fostering people’s development and sustained organization proficiencies and skills for business continuity and growth.
The job is based in SPARK, KSA.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**
+ Responsible for Materials & Production whilst ensuring the health and safety of employees and compliance with all internal and external regulations through innovative QHSE and 5S programs
+ Ensure the successful execution of customer orders sourced on the SPARK plant from Release to Factory till Shipment:
+ Achieve on time delivery to Customer Requested Date / Committed lead-times based on business types
+ Ensure late backlogs are kept at minimum levels across the fiscal year
+ Distills Continuous Improvement, 5S and Quality Culture across the Execution process
+ Ensure positive customer experience through Customer Service dept. processes and proficiencies
+ Ensure Financial results are met:
+ Establish Year Budget in terms of Sales, CAPEX, Cost Saving plans and Resources investments
+ Ensure monthly and quarterly execution of the President Operating Report (POR) and provide associated financial explanations to MEA leadership team if required
+ Ensure Inventory accuracy in Plant and ensuring cycle count performance
+ Collaborate with the Quality Department to set internal and external standards and certifications in terms of ISO and other requirements
+ Ensure Supply Chain Performance fulfills Factory requirements in terms of Cost, Supplier delivery performance and Lead times.
+ Contribute Sales and Operations process for the factory in terms by load balancing V’s resources
+ Develop and direct the Saudi organization to achieve long term strategic objectives:
+ Animate the Organization review process for the plant
+ Ensure adequate succession plans in place for key competencies and roles
+ Ensure execution of the HR process for performance management across the factory
+ Proposing a development plan for key people in the organization

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, or related field.
+ 8 years’ experience in operations management role in manufacturing or a related industry, preferably in major valve operations
**Preferred qualifications that set you apart**
+ Proven track record running safe operations in a significant manufacturing site
+ Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient in English & Arabic written and spoken
