This position reports to

ELDS Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

You will be accountable for:•Owning the site supply planning process.•Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.•Providing feedback on the site’s ability to support the demand plan in the S&OP process.•Owning the inventory or Net Working Capital (NWC) checkbook for the local unit.•Site inventory and driving inventory optimization projects within the site.•Ensuring the right inventory levels are maintained, optimizing them according to the company’s targets, while ensuring a high customer service level.•Establishing and maintains inventory management processes for finished goods in line with company guidelines.•Responsible for the inventory checkbook process and related periodical follow-ups/monthly reviews.•Running a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution (S&OE) process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.•Coordinating an appropriate response to unplanned events.•Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).

Qualifications for the role

Your keys to be successful in this role:+ 8 years of experience in same field, with management experience of +60 employees.Strong expertise in SAP PP/MM modules, with hands-on experience in production planning, material management, and inventory optimization.Managing volatile and customer-specific demand patterns with limited forecast reliability and high customization complexity.Leading swift, structured responses to urgent order changes, supply disruptions, and customer escalations in a highly dynamic environment.Orchestrating supply planning across diverse production lines while balancing unique production constraints.
