Your role:

Creates a working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers, including identification and management of occupational risk, provision of information and training, review of performance and provision of sufficient resources to maintain an effective H&S programSupports the resolution of exception flows: claims management (inbound/outbound), reverse logisticsMonitors and controls the physical distribution activities of a distribution center as well as liaising with related functions in the commercial, supply chain or IT organizations to improve the performance.Manages deliveries (and product flow) to and from the DC within budget and at or above agreed service levels.Manages the relationships with the logistics counterparts at the Commercial Organization, the Logistic Service Providers and central organizations of Supply Chain and IT in order to achieve business targets.Leads/participates in projects for cost savings or process improvements/ harmonizationEstablishes a distribution infrastructure plan that meets short and medium term developments.Monthly review of performance and corrective actions of all service providers.Invoices checks and cost control of all service providersSolves complex IT issues related to interfaces with 3PL’s.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor degree required. Between 5 and 10 years’ experience in e.g. warehouse management, transport management, customer service managementProficient in MS office software and SAP knowledgeGood understanding of customer service operation procedure.Data Analysis & InterpretationRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)TroubleshootingOperational Excellence
