Pervasive Sensing Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in either Irvine, California, or Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and growth by identifying and seizing new business opportunities. With deep expertise in our cutting-edge product and solutions portfolio, you will play a key role in addressing customer needs and positioning our offerings as the solution to their challenges. Collaborating closely with Account Managers, you will engage with key decision-makers and technical experts, building positive relationships and demonstrating the undeniable value of our products. If you're passionate about making a real impact and driving success, this is the role for you! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Driving the identification and creation of new business opportunities for our product solutions, collaborating closely with account managers to expand our customer base. + Cultivating relationships with customer stakeholders and subject matter experts, guiding them through technical discussions and product presentations to support the selling process. + Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and solutions, conducting demonstrations and test installations to showcase their value in addressing customer challenges. + Leading specific project opportunities from initial contact through to PO, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project goals. + Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights that keep our offerings competitive and aligned with customer needs. + Supporting and mentoring sales teams by providing product training, facilitating the implementation of business unit strategies, and ensuring sales channels are equipped with the knowledge needed to succeed. + Contributing to strategic planning efforts by identifying regional market opportunities, providing feedback on product competitiveness, and participating in product line planning and development. + Tracking and reporting on important data and monitoring customer satisfaction to support ongoing improvement efforts. **Who You Are:** You identify and seize new opportunities. You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions. You adjust communication to fit the audience and the message.
