The Targeted Marketing & Personalization team plays a critical role in shaping customer experience across all owned digital and direct marketing touchpoints. As part of the broader Marketing Transformation organization, this team is responsible for enabling data-driven, personalized communications that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction while driving measurable business outcomes.
Our team acts as the strategic and operational bridge between Marketing, Martech, Data, and Compliance—ensuring that the bank delivers relevant, timely, and meaningful experiences to customers, whether they’re browsing products online, receiving email communications, or interacting via mobile app.

The Marketing Manager is a highly seasoned marketing professional that leads cross-functional projects contributing to development and/or execution of marketing plans/programs/projects/strategies by designing and delivering marketing solutions/insights consistent with TD’s marketing standards and strategies, in support of business results, customer engagement and experience.
