The Role\: People Engagement & Communication Partner
Overview\:
Support employee engagement drives up to VP level, works in a complex agenda context, can work on any function. May support manager with administrative tasks, communications, or social media. Handles day-to-day operations to support hub overall engagement activities relating to organizing, planning, feedback etc.
What will you do?
Organize and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition programs and activities.Partner with the internal communication partner and contribute to the creation of engaging content for company-wide communications.Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of administrative tasks and engagement initiatives.Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, such as town hall meetings, team-building activities, and celebrations.Provide support for special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and satisfaction.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee-related information.Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the overall objectives of the organization.
