Payroll Specialist

Your Tasks:

enter initial employee data into the payroll systemSupervise the timely delivery of documents from employees that are necessary for further payroll processing (credit slips, tax declarations, certificates, etc.)register (deregister) employees for social insurance and health insuranceUpon termination of employment, issue employees with credit certificates, certificates of taxable income and, if requested, reportsOn the basis of the employees' requests, issue the certificates necessary for social institutions (applications for parental benefits, etc.) or banks (income certificates)Process the documents necessary for payroll processing (travel orders, sick leave documents, leave, etc.).Ensure that all employees are paid their wages on time and accurately, and prepare the imports necessary to transfer them to the accountsMonthly, ensure that health and social security reports are sent after payroll processingmaintain confidentiality and ensure the safe handling of personal data and sensitive data, providing payroll information only to responsible employeesCooperate with external institutions - Labour Office (information on employment of foreigners), PSSZ (employee registration and deregistration forms, monthly reports, audits), health insurance companies (employee registration and deregistration forms, monthly reports, audits), tax authorities (payroll tax settlements, withholding taxes, audits), personal participation in all audits and local investigations related to the payroll agenda is necessarymonitor all legislative changes in the field of accounting that relate to the process and methodology of payroll processingmay be involved in monitoring the costs associated with the provision of employee benefitsPrepare payroll reports for company directors and for statistical authorities (Czech Statistical Office, Trexima).responsible for the calculation of quarterly road tax advances and the final preparation of the road tax return.

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s / master’s degree preferably in human resources management, business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experienceGood understanding of HR business processes. Familiar with standard concepts, procedures and practices within HRStrong customer service skills (any system) including ability to diffuse challenging situations.Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlinesTeam player with proactive approach and problem solving skillsFluency in Czech, English language would be an acid
