Job description:
You are responsible in ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll process. You will maintain Payroll Personnel Master data, referring to employee master data changes/G-60 form received from HR Dept. You will review & provide monthly salary report (Hourly) included basic salary reconciliation, overtime, and salary journal entries for SAP You will provide monthly calculation for Worker Insurance (National Security - Jamsostek) and Pension Fund You will provide calculation for employee benefit accruals (i.e: Festive allowance/Lebaran Bonus, Gratification and vacation liabilities) You will submit details of contribution for National Security - Jamsostek to BPJS TK - to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll process.
