As a Merchant Services Controller – Senior Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for managing product and legal entity controller functions. Job responsibilities

Support the Global Product Control lead with managing deliverables related to internal management financial reporting and senior management business updatesProvide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to the business, business managers, and senior finance management Manage the monthly and quarterly close processes for your area Partner with the business to drive and implement robust controls and new business initiativesCoordinate across various support functions to solve new and existing challenges and resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner Manage or assist on projects and initiatives and partner with the business by representing finance key business transformation projects, as well as larger cross-business programsHandle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

5+ years within Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related areaExperience doing P&L and month end close processStrong analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focusExcellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships and influencing othersProven ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlinesStrong sense of ownership; takes full responsibility for end-to-end deliverablesAttention to detail and ability to spot mistakes quickly
