As a Product Manager Vice President in Treasury Services, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end product processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityWorks closely with counterparts in other regions to coordinate activities that involve multi-regional engagement; Payment Product teams, Credit Risk, Technology and OperationsThinks through global system performance, reliability, scalability, service levels, and responsiveness of solutions, ensuring robust program management and reporting to all relevant stakeholders and partnersIdentifies process deficiencies, business risks, and escalates accordingly within the Risk and Control frameworkLeads strategic decisioning and governance across various payment rails and collaborates to drive the strategic end state for governance around funds control across payment railsProvides visual presentations of documentation of key payment flows in the Bank to highlight points of failure and potential risk from a credit risk perspectiveRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational managementStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Working knowledge of Data analytics tools eg DB macros, Python and like data managing toolsWorking knowledge of Payment flows and credit risk managementCommercialization acumen, strong analytics, outside-in competitive viewAbility to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to present product concepts, gather feedback and influence decision-making processesDemonstrates high attention to detail, and exemplary quality, thoroughness and completeness of work productSelf-starter, team player, curious and eager to learn, flexible, operate with high sense of urgency and integrityAdvanced organization skills, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment handling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders (in different markets/ time zones)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationStrong communication and project management skillsPrior experience of leading/ managing risk governance, especially corrective action plan governancePrior experience of working with Product Risk managementPayments experience , preferred
