Join JPMorgan Chase as a Payment Lifecycle Analyst, where you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end billing process for our Global business units. Your contributions will help ensure accuracy and efficiency in our billing operations.
As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst in Billing Operations, you will be responsible for account and product setup, customer master data maintenance related to pricing/rates, and validation of data inputs into core billing applications. You will also handle invoice production, application, validation, and delivery, ensuring a seamless billing process for Corporate and Investment Banking, Markets, and Investor Services.
Job Responsibilities:
Process tasks with accuracy and precision, aiming for "zero defects" in work processed. Work under the direction of a manager to ensure the team meets predefined goals in terms of service level agreements (SLAs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and key performance indicators (KPIs). Deliver consistent tracking and reporting of “Metrics That Matter.” Handle critical client escalations regarding billing-related concerns. Prepare and report regular business reviews. Collaborate with operations teams, regional/LOB partners, functional groups, risk, and technology contacts to achieve billing operations targets. Learn and understand various systems, processes, and reports, with a focus on operational risk/control. Identify opportunities to prevent client-impacting errors. Assist with design, testing, and project plans for new automation efforts and process improvement initiatives. Actively participate in FAST meetings and team huddles, escalating issues to management in a timely manner.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking operations and financial services. Proficiency in mainframe and common PC-based software packages, including MS Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and work independently within a team concept.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Understanding and experience with MS Excel, SQL, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or Intelligent Solutions such as UI Path and/or Alteryx is a plus. Experience in Billing Operations or related fields is considered a plus.
