As an Operations Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV in our Payment Processing Operations team, you will be responsible for understanding and executing client's payment requests, identifying and escalating any errors or exceptions, and managing projects closely with other partner sites. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your skills in international payment processing and work in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute client payment requests with 100% accuracy after performing necessary controlsProcess and verify requests efficiently to maintain portfolio and escalate aged itemsIdentify and escalate errors or exceptions promptlyRespond effectively and timely to routine queries and complaintsIdentify and implement process efficiency opportunities in a controlled mannerCreate and update SOPs and documentation, ensuring adherence to standards and policiesFoster a positive work environment by maintaining healthy relations and supporting teammatesConduct cross-training and knowledge transfer with team membersAddress performance issues consistently and professionally, with emphasis on deadlines, quality, and proceduresManage projects and collaborate with partner sitesAdapt to night shifts and extended hours during high volume days

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

At least 3 years of work experience, particularly in International Payment Processing Operations Working knowledge of various aspects of Payment OperationsExperience working in a back office role of a foreign private sector bank/public sector bank or its processing armStrong interpersonal and team communication skillsUnderstanding of the Banking and Financial Services IndustryExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
