The SPOC will serve as the primary liaison between various departments, Collections, Claims & Deductions and other internal stakeholders, as needed, ensuring seamless communication and coordination related to payment applications. If you have any special needs, count on us to adapt your position.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Act as the primary contact for all inquiries related to payment applications, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders. + Collaborate with finance, IT, and operational teams to ensure effective payment processing and resolution of issues. + Monitor payment application performance and identify areas for improvement. + Conduct regular training sessions for staff on payment application procedures and best practices. + Ensure documentation related to payment processes and workflows are maintained and updated + Analyse payment data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization. + Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to payment processing. + Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance the payment application framework. **Qualifications:** + University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. + Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in payment processing or financial operations or relevant operational experience in Order to Cash + Strong understanding of payment applications and related technologies. + Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for assertiveness + Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights. + Proficiency in MS and SAP applications. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
