The Position

Patient Safety Partner 

Temporary employment via agency contract.

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in the Warsaw office on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

In this temporary role hired via an agency, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving innovative safety initiatives and contributing to the development of cutting-edge healthcare solutions. The Opportunity:

Lead the management of adverse events and medical device incident intake and follow-up, ensuring effective collaboration with the central PV Hub.

Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive safety reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Support key programs by integrating safety aspects with Medical, Product, and Regulatory teams.

Partner with Oncology and Hematology product teams to represent Patient Safety as part of an extended business squad.

Execute tasks within established Patient Safety procedures, adapting to evolving business needs.

Who You Are:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Pharmacovigilance

Experience in medical functions like Medical Affairs or Clinical Operations (preferred).

Strong collaborative abilities, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.

Excellent communication skills, both in English and Polish.

Passionate about driving safety and innovation in healthcare.
